Under limited supervision, the Human Resource Generalist will be responsible for performing practical administration of the day to day operations of the Human Resources Department.
Given the 24/7 casino gaming operation of the proscribed venue, the HR Generalist will assist with providing consultation and practical guidance in each of the following areas: Recruitment & Selection, Compensation, Risk Management, Benefits and Employee Relations. The HR Generalist shall interpret and reference federal, state and local employment and labor laws & regulations including the tribal and state gaming ordinances.
