Individual is responsible for marketing the facility and events through creative design and implementation of marketing initiatives, with a focus on sales and increasing the professional image of the facility. This individual will constantly seek out new opportunities for the facility to increase its exposure in the marketplace through various channels. Act as a brand manager for the facilities, ensuring each department reflects a consistent professional image in all outside correspondence, specifically in reference to promotional pieces.

While performing essential functions of this job, the employee is continuously asked to multi-task under time constraints, frequently in moderate to high pressure situations. Position requires constant and consistent attention to precise details and accuracy of specified standards with visual graphics and in print; including following simple to complex (more than 3 steps) instructions, and concentration which frequently extends beyond 30 minutes at a time. Employees in this role will occasionally be in leadership role; this requires directing others either verbally or in writing to complete tasks in prescribed time frame. This position also requires frequent use of interpersonal skills including: ability to direct/motivate/inform staff and foster collaboration; greeting and directing clients verbally and in writing. Employee must be able to recognize and resolve conflicts. Must be have advanced skill with the English language verbally, reading and in writing to professionally exchange correspondence with clients. Employee will frequently communicate via phone, email and in-person with others and exchange accurate information. This position requires employee to frequently work both independently or as part of a team.
While performing the essential functions of this job, the employee will frequently operate a computer and other office
devices such as ticket equipment and software, laminator, calculators, telephones, copy machines, faxes and printers.
Employee will frequently move about inside facility and occasionally outside the facility in various areas before/during/after
events to direct clients/groups to desired locations. Employee must constantly communicate via radio, telephone, email and
in-person with others and exchange accurate information. Employee frequently will be required due to printing
demands and other business demands to lift up to 50 lbs. and push/pull up to 150 lbs.
The duties of this position are performed primarily indoors in an office environment. Employee will occasional go outdoors in the elements to assist clients or inspect outdoor signage. The noise level in the work environment is usually minimal to moderate during non-event days and is moderate to loud when moving about the facility on event days.
