As a Financial Analyst for the corporate finance team, this individual will conduct operational and financial analysis for Spectra.  Key responsibilities include the consolidation and analysis of unit and corporate level planning and forecasting, timely and accurate financial reporting for internal and external use, and supporting cross-functional teams’ requests as needed. Additional responsibilities will include direct involvement with the annual planning and monthly forecasting process.


  • Prepare and maintain monthly and quarterly forecasted reports including P&L summaries by region
  • Interact with regional and divisional leadership
  • Monitor and analyze expense and revenue trends, as well as key performance indicators
  • Assist in the management and evaluation of monthly and quarterly budget analysis
  • Prepare and maintain financial reports for the senior management team to use as a tool in identifying and focusing on opportunities and risks of immediate and/or future concern
  • Prepare monthly operations review presentation
  • Update reporting templates and functionality as necessary
  • Perform ad-hoc reports and analysis as needed
  • Assume responsibilities on special projects as identified
  • Assist with annual budget process
  • Assist with long range planning process

To be successful in this role you must have the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment while working under the pressure of deadlines for multiple reporting units.  Attention to detail, strong organization and time management skills are essential. We are looking for a Financial Analyst who understands the importance of adhering to the highest standards of integrity, professionalism, ethics and confidentiality.


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance required; CPA MBA or CMA preferred
  • 3-5 years of Financial Analyst experience (Retail or Restaurant industry experience preferred)
  • Experience with Host Analytics and/or report writing preferred
  • Proficient knowledge of accounting principles and practices
  • Demonstrated financial modeling, forecasting and analytical skills
  • Self-Starter with the ability to develop and master new skills quickly
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word required
