Responsibilities

  • Sell memberships to current Flyers and Sixers season ticket holders for the Cadillac Grille and Cigar Club.
  • Work closely with Flyers and Sixers sales reps to motivate staffs to sell Cadillac Grille and Cigar Club memberships.
  • Develop new sales leads in Salesforce and actively prospect daily.
  • Maintain call logs in Salesforce on a daily, weekly, and month basis.
  • Sell Cadillac Grille concert dinner packages to membership base.
  • Provide superior customer service to clients in the Cadillac Grille and Cigar Club on game/event nights.
  • Responsible for maintaining department sales reports.
  • Track, analyze, and compare membership sales information & create new revenue streams
  • Maintain a detailed customer database of all clients and prospects
  • Process incoming payments through Spectra Ticketing
  • Responsible for staying in constant communication with all clients, trouble shooting and updating their information through Salesforce.
  • Assist with email blasts for the purpose of up selling current client base and increasing concert dinner package sales.
  • Assist in the creation and implementation of all collateral materials as they pertain to Cadillac Grille/Cigar Club Membership campaigns

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university preferred; equivalent experience considered.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in the English language and interpersonal skills
  • Must have a positive, professional and customer focused attitude
  • Professional telephone skills and strong organizational skills
  • Previous Marketing and/or promotions experience preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to work event nights/weekends/ select holidays as required, in addition to traditional business hours.

  • While performing the essential functions of this job, the employee is continuously asked to multi-task under time limits. Position requires constant attention to precise details and accuracy of specified standards including: following simple to complex (more than 3 steps) instructions, and concentration which frequently extends beyond 30 minutes at a time. This position also requires constant use of interpersonal skills including: ability to foster collaboration, recognize and resolve conflicts, and openly communicate in writing and verbally with clients.

Physical Demands:

  •  While performing the essential functions of the job, the employee constantly operates a computer and other office devices such telephones, copy machines, fax machines, etc; occasionally moves about inside the office to access storage areas, cabinets and office machinery; occasionally moves about the arena before/during/after events to service client and perform job functions; constantly communicates via telephone, email and in-person with others to exchange accurate information.

Work Environment:

  • The duties of this position are usually performed indoors. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate to loud during events and minimal during non-event times.
