Sous Chef works with Executive Chef and culinary team from menu development, production and event execution at the National Constitution Center through Brûlée Catering by Chef Jean Marie Lacroix. This position oversees culinary operations along with Executive Chef for both Delegates Café and catered events. The ideal person in this position will bring a fresh culinary perspective, innovative production techniques, and excellent organizational skills to Brûlée Catering by Chef Jean Marie Lacroix.
