  • Overview

    International sports and entertainment firm seeks an experienced client servicing and/or sponsorship fulfillment professional to join Spectra Partnerships’ national sales team. The Director of Client Services & Sales Operations is responsible for managing the servicing efforts for Spectra’s portfolio of national partners and supporting the Spectra national sales team. The goal is to provide an industry leading first class service to help drive success for our clients. The position will also be responsible for enhancing Spectra overall sales operations by developing enterprise wide protocols, administering strategic initiatives and providing resources to the field.


    • Responsible for leading the coordination of all aspects of client service including communication, fulfillment of contracts, reporting, research and implementing industry trends
    • Increase client retention rates and provide additional value to clients
    • Responsible for servicing all clients through various means including direct contact, newsletters, meetings, corporate partner gatherings, and creating new initiatives to better serve corporate partners
    • Responsible for streamlining efficiencies and sales operations across the company including sales reporting, inventory of assets, presentations, sponsorship fulfillment and new initiatives
    • Oversee the development and execution of client related work product including sales reporting, business plans, progress reports and occupancy rates
    • Support the field sales team with relevant research and data to drive sales growth
    • Prepare and develop materials and resources to quickly launch new properties in markets across North America
    • Enhance the publicity around local sponsorships and work with internal public relations team to garner press about individual sponsorships at Spectra managed venues
    • Increase a library of sponsorship specific case studies and industry examples to better serve our sales teams
    • Assist in securing national partnerships by developing inventory across properties and aggregating key information needed to make business decisions
    • Create and maintain operation manuals to drive consistency and establish operating protocol across our managed properties at the local level
    • Develop premium seating manuals and guidelines consistent across each property
    • Keep informed and communicate to the department’s leadership team the latest trends in the premium seating and sponsorship industry


    • Demonstrates prior knowledge of advertising/sponsorship/premium seating, preferably in the sports and entertainment sector
    • Experience in account management and client service
    • Excellent organization and communication skills
    • 5-7 years of previous experience in a similar working environment
    • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
