  • Overview

    We are seeking a qualified, hardworking, energetic Lead Cook with a positive attitude and a professional demeanor to join our winning team. Responsible for assisting with all aspects of food preparation and presentation (buffets & plated meals) for banquets & special events, in accordance with standards, recipes and presentations. The Lead Cook will also work alongside other Culinary Team Members in preparation for events. Professional training, culinary education, previous culinary experience, or working in a fast-paced high-end fine dining Banquet, Restaurant or Catering Facility strongly preferred. 




    • Participates as a team player with specific responsibilities in production cooking and cold preparation
    • Responsible for consulting with Executive Sous Chef or Executive Chef to plan menus and estimate expected production amounts
    • Responsible for providing high quality, fresh food products in a timely manner
    • Advanced level of food product knowledge and utilization
    • Ability to operate standard kitchen equipment to include: the broiler, steamer, fryer, stove top range, convection oven, mixer, meat slicer
    • Advanced knife skills and knowledge of the use of culinary tools and utensils
    • Full comprehension of cooking methods to include: Grilling, Frying, Steaming, Roasting, Baking
    • Ability to communicate with co-workers, management staff and guests in a clear, professional and respectful manner
    • Ability to work well in a team-oriented, fast-paced, event-driven environment
    • Maintains sanitation, health and safety standards in work areas
    • Must be committed to punctuality and attendance standards set by the company.
    • Must be available to work events as scheduled per business need.


    • 5 years high end cooking experience
    • High School Graduate or Equivalent (Culinary Graduate preferred but industry experience will be considered as well )
    • Must be able to legally work in the United States
    • Must be able to pass criminal Background Check
    • Must be able to pass Drug Test
