The Assistant Catering Sales Director is responsible for growing the venue’s visibility and reputation within the local community and beyond by leading an effective catering sales department. The Catering Sales Director will direct and manage the catering sales staff in successfully selling catered events and other services to customer groups.
The Assistant Catering Sales Director oversees all marketing activities for the sales department and ensures that activities s are focused to yield maximum revenue. The Catering Sales Director is responsible for negotiating contracts, RFPs, pricing, credit terms, quality assurance regarding service delivery, and confirmation of event dates.
