Minimum 3 years experience in housekeeping supervision, union environment preferred
Working knowledge of cleaning chemicals
Working knowledge of all custodial equipment including burnishers, shampoo machines, ride-on scrubbers, walk-behind scrubbers, KaiVac Equipment, and other equipment necessary for cleaning maintenance for a major league baseball facility.
Ability to oversee individuals and groups, direct staff in the performance of housekeeping functions, delegate tasks to subordinates in an effective and efficient manner and plan, schedule and execute training sessions to subordinates.
Efficiently and accurately maintain supply and equipment inventory for the Housekeeping Department.
Ability to work in a face paced, high intensity work environment with the ability to handle multiple tasks. Must be available to work Days, Nights, Weekends & Holidays, as needed.
