  • Responsibilities

    • Learn game-day customer relations and execution of season ticket holder in-game benefits
    • Under the direction and supervision, provide exceptional customer service to season ticket members and execute in-game benefits
    • Participate in the marketing, promotions and events for Season Tickets Holders
    • Learn to in plan, organize and execute an array of elements necessary for all season ticket holder benefits
    • Research concepts for contests, events, and benefits for season ticket members
    • Learn and participate in the execution of game-day promotions
    • Assist with packaging and fulfillment of various season ticket mailings
    • Other objectives as assigned

     

    Qualifications

    • College Juniors, Seniors, or Graduate students.
    • Applicants can receive college credit, though it is not a requirement.
    • Applicant must be willing to get involved in projects with varying degrees of difficulty.
    • Previous customer Service experience is preferred.
    • Must be able to work all Flyers home games January to April.
    • Ability to use Microsoft Excel and Word computer program required
