  • Responsibilities

    Daily, Weekly, Event responsibilities:

    • Pending your schedule, you will work a few game night events, responsibilities will lean more to customer service, event benefit fulfillment and providing exemplary customer service for our fans
    • Check all controls for past events to drop
    • Update and check all controls for price type changes and events to drop as requested by ticket office personnel
    • Update stub hub amounts on SHC line items
    • Run PIN application
    • Givex (stored value and loaded ticket platform) assist with account updates
    • Data entry updates of FL addresses, emails E/PAH and billing/mailing address type
    • Learn to function fluidly in the Spectra/Paciolan Ticketing System
    • Help answer phones and assist customers at box office customer service window
    • Send tickets via PAH when requested
    • Manage the mailing of invoices under the direction of ticket office personnel
    • Assist with mailing of season tickets to season ticket customers

    Anticipated objectives/actions to be completed during internship:

    • Create an account completely (t.res/PAC7)
    • Assist in building an event from start to finish
    • Create an e.Query to pull information from database to track your event
    • Identify 5 new benefits we currently don’t offer our season ticket base, identify 2 new HTML options that will update our website
    • Create a project to present in and run one Ticket Office/Customer Service meeting
    • Attend PAC7 training, once accomplished on the system, assist with PAC7 training

    Nonessential Job Functions:

    • Will be responsible for keeping areas of office and storage closet up to date and clean
    • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned


    • College juniors/seniors or graduate students working for college credits
    • Ability to use Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Salesforce and Paciolan/New Era Ticketing System (training provided). 
    • Must be able to handle multiple tasks and be customer service orientated
