    This Corporate Paralegal position will be based at the Wells Fargo Center in Philadelphia, PA. We are looking for a dedicated, organized legal professional who will be responsible for working directly with our Legal Department in preparing and reviewing a broad range of legal agreements, documents, etc. with our General Counsel.  You can learn more about Spectra here:



    • Apply for state, city and county liquor licenses/permits and renewals
    • File for special event, change of manager and boundary modifications for liquor licenses/permits
    • Make Secretary of State and other government filings, including submission of annual reports, to maintain entities registered and in good standing in the states in which they do business
    • Update and maintain corporate organizational chart and listing of officers/directors
    • Draft corporate resolutions
    • Form and dissolve legal entities, as needed
    • Serve as liaison between Spectra’s venues/clients and insurance broker handling requests for Certificates of Insurance
    • Assist with completion of bank documentation and resolutions
    • Perform other duties as requested




    • At least 3 year’s relevant paralegal experience
    • Large corporate law firm experience strongly preferred
    • Exceptionally organized, detail-oriented, and efficient.
    • Adept at working effectively in a fast-paced, high activity environment, and be able to prioritize and manage multiple projects and meet deadlines with consistently high quality work product
    • Coupled with strong paralegal skills, the paralegal must exhibit a strong sense of ethics, integrity, and sound judgment.
    • Ability to work effectively as part of a small, dedicated, productive and high quality legal team
    • Solid oral and written communication skills
    • Ability to work independently with little supervision
    • Familiarity with liquor license applications and tied house rules is preferred
