  • Overview

    We are looking for a detail-oriented Partnership Manager that will work to support the Partnership team. The Partnership Manager will be a crucial member of a growing team that will support sales in meeting its objectives and revenue goals within all the esports properties. The Partnership manager will also be responsible for generating prospect lists and new leads for the Sales team.

    Responsibilities

    • Achieve sponsorship sales revenue goals as assigned and maximize the sale of fully integrated sponsorship packages across multiple esports properties, including: Philadelphia Fusion, and Fusion University.
    • This role is looking for a sales minded, creative, and tenacious business partner who can conceive and help drive unique brand solutions including pricing, strategy, packages and pre and post-sale execution.
    • Work with all the necessary teams internally to make sure that all deliverables have been approved and understood with all respected members.
    • Responsible for setting up meetings with brands, agencies and media buyers.
    • Continuously drive new business relationships and increase revenue by presenting innovative proposals and ensure positive customer satisfaction.
    • Submit weekly reports of leads, proposals, and updates.
    • Identify business growth opportunities and integrations for brands across various aspects of the esports and gaming industry, including both short-term and long-term initiates.

    Qualifications

    • At Least 3+ years of relevant gaming and esports experience including an endemic understanding of culture, slang, and top trends is preferred.
    • Prior knowledge of branding, promotions, activations, etc.
    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
    • Exceptional written and oral communication skills; ability to collaborate, influence and cultivate relationships in corporate atmospheres
    • Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, social media and digital space
    • Ability to work under pressure and meet commitments while balancing and prioritizing competing priorities;
    • Self-motivated and proactive in taking on new responsibilities
    • Experience in a fast paced esports or technology environment desirable
