This position will be located at the Royal Botanical Gardens. We dedicate our expertise in horticulture, conservation, science and education to connect people, plants and place for the purpose of nurturing and preserving healthy growing life on our planet. Royal Botanical Gardens is located at the western tip of Lake Ontario. Four distinct formal gardens are contained with 1,100 hectares of nature reserve, nestled into the slopes of Niagara Escarpment World Biosphere Reserve. Explore and enjoy the many historical outdoor plant collections, the indoor Mediterranean Garden, and 27 km of nature trails.

The Line Cook is responsible for preparing Restaurant menu items utilizing cooking equipment in a fast-paced environment. The Line Cook must adhere to high food quality standards to ensure guest satisfaction. Portion control, food waste and sanitation are additional areas that the Concession Line Cook must be aware of while operating in the concession stand.
