    • Coordinate and communicate all relevant information for event set ups, changeovers, maintenance and custodial tasks throughout the facility
    • Supervise event set ups, changeovers, custodial tasks and maintenance
    • Supervise and participate in day-to-day operations of the facility
    • Maintain employee paperwork including attendance, payroll, disciplinary procedures, etc.
    • Coordinate preventive and regular maintenance for all facility-related equipment, HVAC, Lighting and Plumbing etc.
    • Maintain department equipment
    • Select, train, motivate and evaluate front-line staff; provide and/or coordinate staff training; work with employees to correct deficiencies
    • Prepare lists of building supplies and materials for the Operations Director for maintenance programs within budget guidelines; receive and maintain supplies
    • Develop long range plans for future events
    • Assist in planning, directing, coordinating and reviewing the work plans for the facility operations
    • Assist in budget planning with the Director of Operations
    • Assign appropriate changeover personnel to accurately and efficiently set-up and tear down events
    • Must be able to lift at least 50lbs
    • Be available during all major events
    • Supervise operations staff
    • Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned



    • High school Diploma or GED required, Bachelor Degree preferred
    • Must be able to pass a background check
    • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a multi event working facility with, ice arena operations, changeovers, set ups, building maintenance and housekeeping
    • Working knowledge of operations equipment including forklifts, pallet jacks, staging, and basketball set ups
    • Zamboni experience a PLUS
    • Fork truck certification or ability to become certified within 3 months of hire
    • Ability to oversee and direct staff in performance of conversions, maintenance and housekeeping
    • Capable of working night, weekends and holidays, as well as additional hours as needed
    • Ability to handle multiple tasks at one time
    • Ability to take initiative and is motivated to complete tasks with minimal supervision
    • Execute room setups
    • Report to Director of Operations on daily and weekly activities provide maintenance reports
