    Receiving Clerk 1 is responsible for receiving in product and verifying the accuracy to vendor invoices.  The Receiving Clerk 1 ensures that product is rotated and checks dates for freshness.  The Receiving Clerk 1 assists with general distribution duties in addition to their daily receiving.


    The employee must maintain excellent attendance and be available to work events as scheduled per business need.

    • Responsible for tracking purchase orders (PO’s) and comparing orders to invoices.
    • Responsible for dating and rotating delivered products.
    • Ensure HACCP program principles are being applied to current food product and new deliveries.
    • Responsible for checking deliveries for mispicks and damaged goods.
    • Responsible for consistently checking the supplies for outdated product.
    • Responsible for setting up and stocking all stands, bars and portable locations. Attention to detail including company standards of inventory control, sanitation, presentation and quality is required at all times.
    • Responsible for performing preventative maintenance on concession equipment as requested and able.
    • Ensure the cleanliness of all concession stands by removing all trash and recyclables.
    • Responsible for rotating food products during the stocking process to ensure the freshest products are being served to guests.
    • Responsible for the upkeep of the warehouse including sweeping, mopping, organizing storage areas and cleaning commissary dishes.
    • Required to be familiar with all food, beverage and paper product supplies at the facility.
    • Assist in other concession departments when needed as a Concession Cook or Customer Service Representative. Able to perform these additional duties as a result of completing cross training modules.
    • Must show demonstrated ability to meet the company standard for excellent attendance.


    • Ability to communicate with employees, co-workers, volunteers, management staff and guests in a clear, business-like and respectful manner which focuses on generating a positive, enthusiastic and cooperative work environment.
    • Ability to speak, read and write in English.
    • Ability to work well in a team-oriented, fast-paced, event-driven environment.
    • Possess valid food handling certificate and alcohol service permit if required by state and federal regulations.
    • Ability to obtain a forklift license.


    Education, Qualifications and Experience:

    • Experience working in a distribution/warehouse/commissary environment in a receiving capacity is preferred.
