    Brûlée Catering is seeking an experienced Marketing Coordinator & Social Media Manager to help expand the brand’s market reach and online presence. Support awareness and growth of the Brûlée brand as a premier caterer both in the Greater Philadelphia region as well as nationally.

    Responsibilities

    • Providing marketing support across all units in line with brand standards
    • Marketing of promotional campaigns and events
    • Photo database development and maintenance
    • Social media account ownership
    • Management of website content, email blasts, SEO and Google Analytics
    • Content calendar creation
    • Networking at industry and promotional events

    Marketing:

    • Coordinate and organize exclusive client marketing meetings and log notes with timelines of projects
    • Act as liaison between venue clients and department for all marketing initiatives
    • Communicate and execute 'marketing menu of services' to clients so they are included in materials adding value to their Brûlée experience
    • Coordinate marketing of promotional events (such as Open Houses) at venues with sales team
    • Assist with professional photography sourcing, photo database organization and photo archives management
    • Contribute ideas to strategic marketing plan as budget dictates
    • Help strategize and execute tasks for marketing and promotional campaigns
    • Lead café division marketing efforts to be in-line with brand standards by unit 

     

    Online:

    • Position Brûlée & Exclusive Venue clients online to maximize exposure in key markets
    • Website Content Management – regularly manage page content via CMS, publish blog and update image galleries
    • Manage Search Engine Optimization and Google analytics ofbrulee-catering.com
    • Execute email marketing campaigns and promotions through MailChimp 

     

    Social Media:

    • Create and maintain content calendar for blog and online platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest and Instagram
    • Actively manage multiple social media accounts - brand, café and venues identities (organic and paid)
    • Develop and implement an expressive voice in line with Brûlée brand standards by handle/unit
    • Expand online presence for both Brûlée as a catering brand as well as client venues as facilities through increasing followers and impressions on social media outlets and growing email database
    • Implement thoughtful social media marketing tactics and optimize hashtag use

     

    General Support:

    • Coordinate collateral development and cross-promotions for public events at exclusive venues with f&b components (example, Octoberfest at Dilworth Park)
    • Attend industry events and follow up with social media and internal communications
    • Network within industry to nurture relationships, enhance Brûlée's presence in the region 
    • Maintain relevant memberships
    • Participate in on-site event assistance (greeter, guest list check, media relations, etc.)
    • Assist with Spectra Creative Studio design requests for digital and print collateral, event menus, special promotions
    • Serve as Brûlée brand ambassador with keen attention to reputation management

     

    Qualifications

    • High School Diploma or equivalent
    • Attention to detail, project management and follow through are of utmost importance.

    • Marketing experience in social media platforms including Twitter, Facebook and Instagram is a must.

    • Experience in hospitality and a passion for food and excellent service – a plus!

    • Some nights and weekends are required based on special events.
