The Premium Seating Coordinator will assist the Spectra Partnerships team with service and retention of all current and future Club, Loge and Suite clients at the Iowa Events Center. The Coordinator is responsible for timely and accurately processing all ticket orders/payments for Premium Seating clients. The position will oversee logistics with in-house building partners to ensure exceptional experience for our premium/group clients in all areas of their visit. Additionally, they will assist in prospecting new business clients and sales opportunities for Premium Seating areas.

The Director of Partnerships will sell fully integrated marketing, media and promotional programs that include marketing rights, naming and sub-naming rights, on premise signage, event sponsorships, promotions, event marketing, media exposure and premium seating elements for the Encana Events Centre.
To manage and execute the functions of the Marketing Division of the Miami Beach Convention Center through media and public relations, online and digital marketing, sponsorship, advertising, promotional activities and marketing collateral. Enhances the image of the facility and promotes goodwill in the community.
The Lead Facility Specialist directs staff in the completion of event setup activities and maintenance duties, including Housekeeping staff. In the absence of the Facility Manager, the Facility Specialist may receive instruction from the Director of Operations, Director of Event Services.
Utilizing independent judgment, the Event Manager is responsible for the planning, organizing, and full execution of booked events at the Utah Valley Convention Center, as assigned by the Director of Events & Operations. This requires constant communication with clients to collect event specific data, recommending products and services, and assembling and distributing complete and accurate data for other departments. The Event Manager is also responsible for overseeing all on-site activities related to the setup and execution of events.
Responsible for overall management, promotion, and operation of the facility, including policy administration, booking, marketing, finance, sales, food and beverage, box office, advertising, security, production, maintenance, and related operations for an Arena. This position is responsible for the development, coordination and management of all aspects and strategies for the arena’s entertainment, sporting and all other events. Gives direction to each department, as needed, through each department’s director and works in conjunction with the City of Salina in multiple facets of the operation.
The warehouse employee is responsible for the receipt and storage of all food, beverage and related product and equipment received at Iowa Events Center in Wells Fargo Arena. The inventory and security of all items is under the control of these employees. Employees must maintain excellent attendance and be available to work an event based schedule.
The Concessions Stand Manager is responsible for supervising staff greeting guests in a pleasant manner while filling food and beverage orders. The Stand Manager will supervise Concessions Attendants operating the Point of Sale system/cash register, ensuring all proper cash handling procedures are being followed.
The Stand Manager will be responsible for all inventories in stand or portable and maintain accurate paperwork.

The Concessions Cashier is responsible for greeting guests in a pleasant manner while filling food and beverage orders. The Concessions Cashier will operate the Point of Sale system and collect money for purchased food and beverage items.

The Concession Line Cook is responsible for preparing concession menu items utilizing cooking equipment in a fast-paced environment. The Concession Line Cook must adhere to high food quality standards to ensure guest satisfaction. Portion control, food waste and sanitation are additional areas that the Concession Line Cook must be aware of while operating in the concession stand.
The Concessions Server is responsible for greeting guests in a pleasant manner while filling food and beverage orders. The Concessions Server will assist the cashier in the stand by filling orders quickly and efficiently while maintaining a clean work environment.
The Concessions Server must maintain excellent attendance and be available to work events as scheduled per business need.
The Premium Event Supervisor is responsible for supporting the Suites & Restaurant Manager(s) with administrative and operational functions related to providing support for all events at the Wells Fargo Arena and other duties as assigned. The Premium Event Supervisor will also oversee the active duties of all staff including set-up, stocking and restocking of products, opening and closing procedures and maintaining the productivity of the suite pantry and suite storage areas.
The Catering Manager provides support and assistance with Catering activities as well providing assistance to the concession managers in the profitable management of concessions operations, as needed. The Catering Manager will independently initiate and authorize all employment actions such as hiring, termination, suspension, discipline, promotion and transfer. The Catering Manager will actively and independently manage all aspects of employee relations to ensure a positive, harmonious, compliant and cooperative work environment.
The Catering Manager will provide oversight and resolution responsibility for employee performance issues. The Catering Manager must provide a high level of event oversight, technical proficiency and operational/personnel support to ensure the smooth running of any assigned event. A critical function of the Catering Manager will be to actively mentor, train and help employees and volunteers meet company quality standards.
This is a key position for the effective and profitable operation of the business. The employee must maintain excellent attendance and be available to work a variable event-driven schedule which to evenings and weekends. Open availability, professional presentation, outstanding interpersonal skills, self-direction and strong technical (computer and POS) aptitude required.
The Suites & Catering Manager is responsible for the overall management of all suites and catering activity and will provide management assistance to the concession managers in the profitable management of concessions operations, as needed. The Suites & Catering Manager will actively supervise, coach, counsel, direct, train and mentor employees in meeting company quality standards, and will promote a positive, enthusiastic and cooperative work environment. The Suites & Catering Manager coordinates suite level activities at the venue into a team effort that contributes to the successful execution of all events. The Suites & Catering Manager enforces all Ovations’ personnel and operating policies and procedures. The Suites & Catering Manager plans, organizes, and executes the service requirements of each event and determines all scheduling and product components required to properly service events within budgetary guidelines.
Operations Supervisor provides direct supervision to full time Building Coordinators and part time Building Attendants, specifically in the areas of housekeeping, room sets and conversions at the Iowa Events Center.

Flyers Social Media/Design intern will be working alongside the digital media team in promoting the Philadelphia Flyers through business initiatives and content. The internship position includes but is not limited to research of team content, editorial content, and graphic design. Interns will gain experiential learning in the sports industry. Candidates must be able to collaborate on projects, take direction/critique, and manage workload in a timely manner. The ideal candidate would demonstrate the ability to manage multiple projects from inception to completion in a fast-paced environment.
