The Director of Marketing will implement marketing plans, manage event advertising budgets and promotions and ensure successful sales for events.
A Guest Service Attendant is an on-call, per event employee who will act as primary provider of direct service to guests as they are entertained at the Talen Energy Stadium. They are responsible for providing a safe environment for our guests and ensuring all service needs are met. Guest Service Attendants will work in positions as needed including; usher, ticket taker, suite staff and door guards.
This position shall provide media services for the facility including video production, audio, ribbon board and marquee message boards, if applicable.
The Utility Worker is responsible for assisting in the efficient operation of the Park by maintaining cleanliness standards through the operation of dishwashing equipment and sinks, removing garbage, cleaning of equipment and work areas, including the sweeping and mopping of floors. The Catering Barback is responsible to have assigned bars set-up & prepped prior to catered events. The Barback will assist with receiving and storage of product, prepare & stock bars. This is a marketing internship that will assist the Marketing Manager in completing tasks necessary for all events at the Virginia State University Multi-Purpose Center. The intern will have responsibilities that including working special events, developing and implementing grassroots initiatives, and maintaining venue’s social media accounts.
The Premium Event Supervisor is responsible for supporting the Suites & Restaurant Manager(s) with administrative and operational functions related to providing support for all events at the Wells Fargo Arena and other duties as assigned. The Premium Event Supervisor will also oversee the active duties of all staff including set-up, stocking and restocking of products, opening and closing procedures and maintaining the productivity of the suite pantry and suite storage areas.

Under general direction from the Utilities Services Manager, the Utilities Support Technician (UST) performs a variety of inspection, servicing, and installation of temporary electrical, air, water and gas services in support of exhibitions, trade shows and other events. This position is an on call, per event position with shift assignments of up to a scheduled 12 hours work per shift; varying days and shift times including holidays and weekends. In the absence of management, the Utilities Support Technician (UST) may receive functional event related instructions from the Event Manager(s), or general instructions from the Chief Engineer, Director of Operations or Assistant General Manager.
The Executive Chef has the primary duty of managing the culinary team, a recognized department of venue’s F&B operation. The Executive Chef will actively supervisor, coach, counsel, direct, train and mentor employees in meeting company qualify standards, and will independently initiate and authorize all employment actions such as hiring, termination, suspension, discipline, promotion and transfer. The Executive Chef will actively and independently manage all aspects of employee relations to ensure a positive, harmonious, compliant and cooperative work environment.

The Executive Chef must provide a high level of oversight, culinary proficiency and operational/personnel support to ensure the smooth running all food outlets and events.

The General Manager is responsible for the efficient, professional and profitable operation of the assigned Spectra venue. This individual ultimately oversees every managerial, f/t and p/t position, and ensures full compliance with state and federal labor laws, sanitation and food-related ordinances, and alcohol service regulations. In addition to managing the day to day business operations, the General Manager solicits new sources of revenue, both on and off the venue property.
The Operations Supervisor provides direct supervision to part time conversions staff building attendants, and custodial personnel specifically in the areas of operations and maintenance.
The Corporate Sales and Premium Seating Manager is responsible for working with and assisting the Director of Partnerships in executing premium seating and advertising sales and servicing efforts on behalf of the Budweiser Events Center and The Ranch, in Loveland, CO. Basic function includes premium seating and corporate sponsorships sales along with finding ways to grow revenue for the building while maintaining high levels of customer services.
Responsible for league/tournament/sports camp management including but not limited to scheduling, team formation, marketing and promotion of leagues/tournament and seasons as well as assisting in sponsored events. Responsible for maximizing revenue through facility utilization, sponsorships and all other potential opportunities. Actively participates in all Sports Tourism initiatives. Overall responsibility for operating budget.
