UBS Arena is seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as an Area Operations Summer Intern. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various facets of arena management. The selected candidate will rotate through several different departments throughout the internship, gaining exposure to the diverse functions that contribute to the successful operation of our arena. The role requires a positive attitude, as well as a team-driven and proactive mindset. Each member of the team is responsible for providing an exceptional level of service to our guests in addition to access and crowd control for the UBS Arena.
This role will pay an hourly wage of $20 to $25.00.

The Director of Accounting directs the hospitality division accounting function as well as hiring and onboarding the accounting team.
This role performs a full range of professional accounting duties involved in fiscal management, record keeping, reporting and financial analysis of the division. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented, proactive, and a collaborative professional responsible for supporting the financial infrastructure of the division. The candidate will communicate and work with the teams at the physical locations as well as assist staff accountants during the monthly cycle and at month end.
Salary Range: $145,000-170,000

The Accounting Internship position is based at our Ford Idaho Center location.
Internship Structure and Expectations
- Internships are expected to be a 4-6 month commitment. This allows the student to experience the venue through multiple event cycles.
- Internships are considered part time with a varied weekly schedule requiring an estimated 20-30 hours per week depending on events as they impact accounting workflow.
- Learning agenda will include all aspects of venue management accounting cycles including a/p, a/r, event closing, month end closing activities, and financial statement preparation.
- Interns will engage in weekly financial training calls discussing various accounting topics applied to venue managment.

Phases of internship are evaluated as follows: Orientation & training, Observation, Learning, and Implementation of skills and tasks.
This role will pay an hourly wage of $18.00-$22.00.

This Partnerships Sales Manager will sell fully integrated marketing, media and promotional programs that include marketing rights, on-premise signage, event sponsorships, promotions, event marketing, premium seating and media exposure. We are looking for an outgoing, people-oriented sales professional who will be responsible for generating new business revenue with local, regional and national companies through the sale of integrated sponsorship packages.
This role will pay a salary of $45,000 to $55,000 plus potential for commissions.
